As Derbyshire leaders we are joining together to ask visitors to respect local communities this coming bank holiday weekend and to consider if they could come later in the year instead.

Shops, cafes and visitor centres, hire of all-terrain mobility scooters and bikes, play equipment and outdoor gym equipment at our countryside sites will all remain closed.
Toilets will not be re-opened, and there will be no ice cream vans or coffee concessions.

If you have a bike please keep it safe and secure- that's our advice following a recent number of thefts of bicycles across Derbyshire.
Our officers are investigating 20 reports of bikes which have been stolen over the past four weeks, from homes and outside businesses in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire, the Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales and the High Peak.
